外国人からの献金禁止の意味は、外国からの意図的な政治的影響を避けることだろ。
今回の在日の方は、前原を個人として心情的に応援していたと思うよ。政治的に影響を与えようとしたのではなく。
しかし、究極的に純粋に応援しているのか、政治的な外国人の思惑が入っているのかは判断できない。
外国人が政治的に影響力を行使しようとする場合に対する予防策なんだから、遵守するのが当たり前。
差別云々いうのはお門違いも甚だしい。
